Should your raise be equal to or more inflation?
Tata Consultancy Hi fishies, I recently interviewed for a Big data dev role for Autodesk but it's via a third party called Applicantz. Initially the contract is for 1 year, which can be extended. There is also scope of Autodesk hiring permanently after 6 months or 1 year. Can anyone provide some reviews about Autodesk and third party Applicantz. Usually I would not have considered anything via a third party, but the company(Autodesk) seems great and work discussed seems good as well.

If a., So what? If b., Those other jobs could also be BS, so what?. You're interviewing so clearly your current job is BS, so take the money and make the most of it. Congrats 👏🏿
Have you come red with A&M current or former employees? Even if this isn't a place you want to stay long, if it helps you further your mid or long term goals, go for it. It's amazing how much you can spin your experience in an interview. And if you've got the nice salary bump, that's a fact, not a desired range anymore.
If you do go ahead and it does turn out to be not great, pack up and leave in a year. (Or sooner as most consulting firms won't mind 1-2 short stints on a resume if you're a solid candidate)
You got lucky with an easy interview. Don't read too much into it. And there is enough bs at big 4 that you shouldn't be scared of A&M, but I have heard that their wlb isn't great.
