How do you make amends with someone you love but accidentally hurt? I triggered my partner’s abandonment trauma by walking off. He’s deeply hurt. But I love him, I want to fix things. I’ve been going to therapy and working on myself. Our relationship over the past year has been fantastic; easygoing, almost never fought, caring, communicative. I’m giving him a couple weeks of space to process wherein I don’t message him. I asked to talk when he’s ready. I love him and don’t want to split.

Curious if anyone here has successfully negotiated a remote work arrangement after getting an in-house offer?
