What does a client need to follow you from big agency to your new startup?

Any paralegals out there that have worked for just awful attorneys? My previous supervising attorney would forge my notary signature, force me to work off the clock and while on vacation, and basically treated me like her personal assistant. I remember one time she asked me to watch her baby while she went into a client meeting. My favorite memory of all was when she made me drive to the office at 10 pm to see if her laptop was there. Good times.

Girl on my project picks whatever airline is cheapest every week. Does she think whoever saves the firm the most money gets an award?

I work at a startup and my CEO is talking to a potential client about taking a white label of our SaaS product. It would be the same product with the clients branding, certain features may be turned off and small differences in copy. My question is how would you build that? I’m not technical so in simple terms would it be 1 code base, that would create 2 instances and then some sort of configuration which will apply settings like branding, copy, feature flags etc?

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?

I work in manufacturing company since it was a start up. 13 years now with past 5 in continuous improvement, six sigma etc.

My focus now is delivering new technology projects, connected platforms and IoT devices to improve engagement/output etc.

Is there a possibility to move to a consulting role and are there specific consulting companies in this area? I dont have a degree/MBA but lots of practical experience in project delivery/change.

I am pretty good at staying active, I walk my dog about 1-2 miles a day. I lift and do cardio. But for the life of me, I can’t lose weight. I’m stuck at 175, I fluctuate 3-5 lbs but can’t get lower than 170. I know it’s my diet, it sucks. What was a small thing you did to improve your diet that helped?
