I was hired 3 weeks ago at State Farm as a UX/UI designer for their mobile app. Only to be terminated suddenly, the reason given was ‘isn’t producing enough work’. I was assigned my first project the same day I was terminated. Now nobody will return my calls. I’ve never had this happen before. Has anyone else?

For reference I am Chicago-based junior-mid And I charge upwards to $80 an hour for freelance depending on the client.

I’ve worked with corporations before but these are large scale graphics and I’m not sure how much to charge for them.
