Would it be difficult to get a job in IA if most of my experience has been auditing private non-404 asset mgmt funds? I really enjoy process walkthroughs when I have them though. Also, does title matter that much in IA? I’m a manager now, but based on job descriptions it looks like I might have to go for a senior auditor role because audit manager roles generally call for 8+ years from what I’m seeing. Can title be negotiated?

My Company is promoting me from an Individual contributor to a People/ Group Manager role in Supply chain. In this new role, around 5-6 Supply Chain Managers will be reporting to me.

Hi everyone. Have 4 years of work exp with PwC advisory with a mix of data and PMO kind of roles. I’m not keen on pursuing any roles that are very tech or data heavy. Generally good at PMO, client relations and basic analysis and trying to move to better WLB and pay.
