Hi 🔥 🐠. I am switching jobs soon to a place that does not offer HDHP. I’d like to move my HSA somewhere better. Any favorites and why? Would like no fees, no account minimums for investing and good investment options. Fidelity and Lively seem like good options per the Google. I have a good chunk in my HSA and don’t have time/interest to actively trade, just want to dump in some good ETFs/funds and let it sit for 30 years. I have minimal healthcare expenses.

Is this reasonable or am I missing something?

I started maxing my 401k from year 1 and I hope to have $5 million or more by the time I retire around 60. Wouldn’t it make sense to put all of my yearly $19,500 401k contribution to ROTH 401k instead of traditional 401k?

My reasoning is that I would pay 35% tax now and my remaining 65% would grow tax-free in ROTH 401k…. versus traditional 401k where I deposit 100% but every distribution will be taxed 35% assuming I make a lot in retirement.

The team will be over all analytics for the company. It is a 300 million funded healthcare startup and remote position. What total compensation package seems fair for this role? In February of this year I was approached by a company out of Colorado that’s an AWS reseller (I love working w/ AWS Products). They offered a great 6-figure salary, unlimited PTO, full medical/ dental & Wellness benefits. Things felt too good to be true at first yet I know my worth and thought about time, a company finally saw my worth also, so I resigned from the company I spent over 12+ years with.
