Hey guys, how much will be the salary range for a Environmental Engineer with less than 5 years experience.

I am new to usa and met with an internal medicine physician who referred me to a surgeon for an august surgical removal. Please pardon my ignorance is 3 months a usual wait time ( the physician seemed really rude to me - didn’t examine me neither she prescribed me any prescription meds even after I asked ) for minor procedures. What are my options?

Friendly reminder that if this is your first job and you feel like you’re only staying at ClearView because you need a certain number of years before you leave, you should 100% leave. As a capable, likely top-tier school / rigorously educated, and scientifically minded person, you have other jobs where people will appreciate your skills. If you look at the current employees, the only people remaining at ClearView are the koolaiders and toxic management who got there by koolaiding.

Hello! I am currently a PRN PTA at a big growing hospital and make $29.78 an hour, should I negotiate a higher wage after my 90 days? I drive about 40 minutes to work, and it seems my friends at different smaller hospitals make $1 - $2 more then I do. Or should I ask them if they would reimburse me for half of my gas? About to start at McK as an Associate in the east coast in a few weeks, but SO was just offered a job on the west coast. He doesn’t have to move until 2021, but will getting a transfer at that point be tricky for me? Actually, I am in Dilemma whether I should ask for release from the project and get back to Full Stack Dot Net Core Developer profile(got training) or stick to PowerApps, as it "might" become a BIG thing in the near furture... As I am really uncertain and confused, how would be my Career Path and Roadmap? Would there be enough opportunities in the market and good compensation associated with PowerApps Profile?
