Who isn’t?

Yes unless people are making under 75k - they didn’t get cut which was awkward for some levels because now people managers are making similar salaries to their direct reports. Example: a typical manager salary is 85k and the level below that is 70-75k. Only the managers salary got cut and brings their salary down to 76.5k 😑

160over90 1 - just confirming!

If you’re on a pro-rated salary then you might be. I worked 4 days a week and took a pay cut. Now that I’m working a full work week I’m now getting paid in full.

Carat 1 - are you saying PTs and furloughs that came back got offered their full time salary while the rest of us are still on reduced salary until Jan1?

I don’t know people that were brought back from furlough but I can imagine once they’re back in the office RWW and pay cuts still apply

It depends on the person and how much you’re making. If you’re on 4 days still, you’re obviously reduced. If you’re on 5 days and making over 100k, I think you’re also reduced. Under 100k is 100% salary.

Bonus info: there were lay offs a week ago

That too.

Yes - with (allegedly) hours also cut 10%. Was across the board it seems, even for those (like me) who barely make anything anyways!

Why is not possible potsherd anymore?

Hey team need some help - I’ve flown United since I was a child, and naturally I’ve flown with them through and through my consulting career. I just flew on Delta for the first time and it was so much nicer than what I’ve been used to. What’s loyalty like here at Delta - and is it worth status matching and becoming Delta loyal? NYC based if that makes any difference. TIA!!

From talking to students at multiple M7 schools, it seems like all of the BB/MBB/FAANG companies recruit at most if not all of the schools . So if you're planning on recruiting for one of these, is there really a major difference in career opportunities between each school? Asking because it seems like some schools are specifically known for finance vs consulting vs tech, but if the companies are all recruiting at all these schools, the differences don't seem as pronounced to me.

Not exactly a consulting exit, but a lateral move. Anyone has idea about IAM/ PAM practice at KPMG. A recruiter reached out for a manager role. Currently a 3rd year SC at D.

Partner: I've been sitting on a request all week. You need to stop billable work and put together this deck today. And be quick about it. Cool? I thought so.

Denver Fishes - I need some serious help. I got an email from my future employer, Accenture, to get my i9 authorization done while I am here on vacation. The issue is that they need someone to be an authorizing agent, a physically present adult who can verify that I have the documents(passport card). This needs tp be done in the next two days. I don’t know too many folks here. By any chance could someone help me out with this? I can send you the info and coffee/lunch is on me.
