Wanted to share smth I found recently. I felt like it was pretty darn accurate. I’ll provide the link here but there’s a screenshot I took that I feel I can relate to quite heavily. https://pairedlife.com/love/infatuations
I’ve struggled with so many heavy infatuations before and a friend recommended this. Hope it helps anyone else out there who’s gone through this or may be going through this right now.

Seek professional help, that is the best you can currently do
Appreciate the advice. I am seeing a psychiatrist now. He prescribed SNRIs but their effect has not been substantial. My dreams are more lucid but, quite paradoxically, I am now suffering from insomnia.

This happened to me. Are you drinking or taking any meds? Are you not sleeping? Dm me if you want, I’ve been thru this situation and can help

Take a week off. Go away, decompress, detach, relax. It will do wonders.

I initially didn’t know what to do. But ended up taking a year off and seeking help. In hindsight I should have gone to a mental and physical wellness resort for a week to regroup. Make sure to keep strong relationships with colleagues who have moved on and who would want to work with you again so they can refer u directly to hiring mgrs. after work trauma, mental breakdown and taking a year off I landed a fantastic new gig bc of my network. Try to get your sleep figured out bc lack of sleep is likely what’s causing all of your other crazy symptoms. Stress can do crazy things to you but rest assured if you take care of yourself. Those symptoms will go away and it will get better
Yeah I think a week off is maybe what I need. I was thinking of changing jobs anyway. You don’t know how helpful it is to hear that someone else has gone through this and, most importantly, recovered. Thank you sir/miss; truly appreciate the note
This may be schizophrenia. Get medical help. My uncle went through something similar. You may need medication and family support. Stay on medication if it works for you. Sending support.
