Last year, I was a 1st Year SC, to a 2 (scale 5->1) and got a 14%. I know a 1 performer who got 27% bonus.l
And sorry, EY ๐ . That really sucks. Not sure what the normal bonus ranges are, but those seem abysmal. Much harder to expect people to be motivated to be high performers...
At post MBA level (Consultant), target is 15%, max is 30%. At PL (two years post MBA), target 20, max 40. Not sure for Principal. Excludes profit sharing retirement contribution - believe that is 5% for C and 10% for PL.
Please tell me you're joking S1.
I'm expecting 10-15% at M. Base 170
About 8% last year. Consultant level
EY has the worst bonus structure of the Big4, the FishBowl salary survey laid that out clearly a few months ago
About 12-15k up until senior manager. Then it goes to 20-35k
Bonuses aren't guaranteed but close
@ey2. That's the bonus from consultant to mgr. Middle 80%.
Senior manager bonus is what i listed for 1-2 years of exp.
We get that in good years and in bad ones (ie see all the posts today from ey).
At boutique. We get up to 25 percent but most get between 17.5 to 22.5
I've seen between 7 and 14ish percent bonuses Those are for associates through consultants tho, not sure about managers and above.
Our bonuses range from about 10-30% depending on rating. Your bonus rate in one year roughly translates to your base raise the following year. Not sure what partner numbers look like
There's gonna be a Mass exodus from EY this year end for sure ๐
25-30% or so, post-mba level. These are all posted on management consulted .com
30% for those with high ratings (includes profit share)
Top performers are 17% at senior level or 23% at Manager level.
Nothing until you hit level 4
Have had 35-40% bonuses the last few years
8-15% of base for MBA consultant at ZS
