I want to understand why was Arthur Anderson kicked out of the audit business. I know they played a major part in the Enron scandal. But still these days we are seeing scandals happening. Someday we see EY name popping (Wirecard) KPMG or some other Big 4 but we still hold a strong position in the market. Then why didn't Arthur Anderson in accounting and audit business especially what I have learnt that it was largest among the big 5 at that time?

For eg PwC has EHE physical, wealth builder, wellness rewards/ bonuses, and other travel/ airline status benefits. Would love to know some of those for Deloitte

I am interviewing for a Senior Principal consulting role at SLALOM in the UK. This is within data and analytics. I cannot seem to find any salary range expectations for the UK. Everything out there is for the USA market and I cannot go with USA salary compensation range as it is total different from the UK Market. Can someone who is in the UK or knows people in the UK within the same position give me an idea please? I do not want to be lowballed or negotiate myself poorly as salary range alot.
Blunt message I give to 1st years: "Everyone assumes you have the skills and knowledge of a toddler. Don't talk about what classes you took or your internship. Say and be open to anything."

Do you typically need to tell the recruiter you’ve decided to accept their verbal offer before they send you a written offer to review? Also is there a standard timeline to make a decision (interviewing with other firms too, so timing is tricky bc would like to finish those processes before making a decision)

Question about LEAPs. I purchased 1/2022 calls on a few down in the dumps real estate stocks like IVR. When I read about leaps, the advice was to buy some thing with a minimum delta of .70, So I bought, for example, a 1.50 call for IVR. If this stock reaches pre-Covid levels, and my LEAP is deep, deep lTM, will I have trouble selling it? Thanks, this is my first day.
