Folks, what resources are there to compare business schools beyond the ranking? Like what schools are good for what? What resources did you all use? I want to apply later in 2022 so want to take my time to shortlist and see if it even makes sense for me to go apply in 2022 in the first place.

Graduating in December and have two options (consulting).
1. Start at firm in January
-paid for 6 more months and possibly promoted faster
2. Start in July, study for gmat and apply to 2+2/deferred mba programs and take time off to travel.

What would you all suggest?

- Prefer Windows
- Cost would be a big factor, looking to buy affordable models which match basic requirements
- Have loved ThinkPads in all my years of PlsFixing but I know their battery sucks
- Have heard Dell XPS is great
- Not into gaming / video editing

Hi all, I’m considering MBA programs but my , GMAT/GRE, UG and grad GPA are all pretty awful. What I do have is great work experience (10 years) and high comp (400k+). Do I have a shot at getting into any top MBA program by virtue of making the school look good on exit numbers since I’d likely continue same company and role? What’s a strategy to go with here? EMBA?
