U don’t. Or if u do want to, get gloves. The general consensus I’ve seen for guys is that u just don’t wear gloves and develop thick skin. I use grips for deadlifts if I’m going heavier but generally try to work my forearm/grip as the secondary muscle for workouts. Read somewhere that with gloves the pressure is more on the gloves, less time under tension for your own grip to develop? Idk
