Hello everyone! I recently pivoted from working in advertising to working at an early-stage fintech startup. I'm looking to speak with business finance leaders who manage corporate cash and credit lines for their companies to learn more about your tools and your approach to cash management. I'll buy you lunch/coffee for your time.
If interested shoot me an email me at kathryn@crescent.app! And thank you!!
It’s hot outside

Infact you can never be initially employed in the same firm in us. Just need one year abroad. Period.
Following
EB1 is for global manager, if you spent in USI or other foreign countries as manager you will be eligible for EB1
DD1 - What is USI?
DD1: Thank you but if you know the answer then please answer my question 😊
it’s not your company’s requirements, it seems to be a USCIS/ Dept of Naturalization Services requirement
To qualify for a Green Card as an EB1 Multinational Executive or Manager, the foreign worker must show that he or she was employed by a company affiliated with the current U.S. employer as an executive or manager outside the U.S. for at least one year out of the three years before the transfer to the United State
Thanks P2. I know that it’s a USCIS requirement. To confirm I will have to be with the firm for at least 3 years, correct?
Only requirement is manager role outside for 365 calendar days. Nothing more.
Only req is to be global manager and there is no such rule as 3 yrs. check with your HR for more details
Thank you all
Yes did just that only requirement is 1 year abroad as a PL/EM/Manager or above abroad
