How does a sole engineer at a company go about getting management to actually care how production machines run? I’m the only mechanical engineer at my company dealing with a half dozen cranky production managers who think that I can “work my magic” on a machine. It’s not magic, just ignorance about the machine actually works. How to I get a manager to stop caring about the end product long enough for me to actually teach them about their own machine?

One thing we've been getting a lot of feedback about is recruiter "ghosting". While we try to avoid having anyone feel like they're not being communicated with, sometimes emails end up in spam folders, and sometimes things just take longer than expected. I missed adding parents in health insurance for this financial year. my father cancer surgery happened and I spend 15 lakh from savings and debt. Their is further spends in next financial year April and May for chemotherapy & radiation.

Does TCS match counter offer ? I got 13 LPA from TCS , got another offer today 16 LPA . Due to certain reasons want to join TCS . It’s been more than 2 months I haven’t received resignation acceptance email or got my LWD confirmed.Also not able to see anything inside Ultimatix>iTalent>myBox.Please let me know if this is normal in TCS or are there any chances due to these kinds of delays by HR my notice period will get extended?Really worried about this.Worst resignation process and policies here.
