For a 6 year experienced person how many rounds of interview?

Is it normal to wait two weeks from a final interview to get an offer regarding a PM role? Kind of nervous to be told by HR the waits a bit longer until other candidates are finished before an offer can be made.
AFAIK the feedback has been positive and the HM has been super nice, but nerves are nerves!

HR pending for LTI and Citius Tech. How should I go for negotiation to get maximum. This is my first switch and I would really appreciate some guidance. Hi there. a bit of a vent so if no one reads to the end, that’s aok. But I first interviewed for a general finance role for a startup about a month ago with the CEO. I’m early in my career and he knew I didn’t have a ton of experience but I was excited/willing to learn. Since then, I’ve had conversations with 7 others for this company of <50 and even used some PTO to visit their office. I’m a ‘great fit’ but just got rejected for a lack of experience; am I missing something?

Am I being under paid? I have been working for a SaaS company for the last 6 months As a Director of sales and I am making 130k annually plus bonus. I am responsible for building/starting and managing 4 different departments; Partner program, customer success, inbound/outbound sales and marketing. I use gantt charts to plan activities & deliverables, kanban boards to mamge them. My weapons of choice:
- MS Project (Smartsheet not as strong on core gantt features/functions but superior for sharing + all it's customization, abilities, is etc.)

- Trello for Kanban (labeling, filtering, robust add-ons, finally on enterprise task-level assignmemts). Sadly, Smartsheet kanban is weak.

Is there an integrated package that does both gantt & kanban that approaches these point solutions?

Is there a way to retrieve the offer letter from workday portal. My offer was released today and after e-signing it, I submitted my offer without downloading it. And now although my workday portal shows as offer accepted, the offer letter is no longer visible in the portal.
