Our doctor just smiled and replied "don't worry, baby takes" I don't know why but that was so funny to us. What's the dirtiest sales tactic you've ever personally seen carried out? Upper management at my company are encouraging some really scummy practices, and I'm wondering if that's more of the industry norm than I thought.

Is anyone else trying to find the balance between being for the company and for the employees?
I've been told I'm too much in favour of the employees when I'm defending the lower-paid employees, or talking about employee well-being, but somehow it's ok when the higher-ups go out of their way to give the higher-paid employees financial assistance, or to allow toxic managers to continue in their positions because their feelings shouldn't be hurt.

Why is there such a huge pay difference between IT and Mechanical/auto industries? Many people in IT are getting 3xx salary hikes, but here I am struggling to get more that 20-30% hikes.
