For a salary in JG4 band like 32 LPA, how much one can expect as in hand salary?

How much should a Internal Communications Manager be paid annually? Looking to negotiate a salary but I think they’re really lowballing me.

Just got an offer from Meta and wanted to engage you guys for some advice. I’ve never really negotiated salary before so I’m looking for tips/ insight on what you were able to change and leverage in your offer letter before accepting. Role is for a Partner Manager - base at 92k, equity at 29k, and relocation package.

Moving to Chicago which I know has 4.95% income tax (Texas where I am now has none), and cost of living is significant higher. Can anyone give me some tips?

How does HR/Comp at your companies feel about disclosing salary ranges to candidates?
