You certainly need much better grammar at the Manager levels for Accenture to consider hiring you. Not being facetious here. If this is something that interests you, consider taking a course on grammar to improve.

Do you think Accenture is body shop? Why would it not pay when you are on bench ?

To answer the post, Accenture has tens of thousands of employees, so yes they have experienced managers in their company. A certification probably isn't mandatory, but I would imagine that the far majority of their managers have one.

OP: i second manager 1. You need to improve grammar. On manager level it counts as a deal maker or breaker. For ur question, on manager level to set apart from junior associates one needs to have a certification.

I work with Accenture people at my new gig. I have found that people have more technical certifications (i.e. actual stuff from Oracle) than random auditing ones.

I received an offer from KPMG as an advisory associate (75k), and a second one from Grant Thornton as a transformation consultant (70k). Im leaning towards the KPMG position, however I’m wondering about salary negotiations; the Grant Thornton position is in a state where cost of living is 15% cheaper than that of KPMG, and I am also in the process of obtaining my MBA (one more semester left). Any way I can leverage/utilize this information to negotiate a higher salary with KPMG?
