How do I go about inquiring about promotional opportunities in my 1:1? I am running laps around my peers and while I’ve just hit 6 months with the company (and don’t expect a promotion or anything this soon) I’m wondering how I can learn more/advocate for myself approach year 1 and beyond with grace and tact.
Does anyone know about applied materials???
What is salary band for 4yoe Hadoop developer
Can you help me to know bit Information.
What’s the expected salary at EY for current ctc of 33 lakhs and Yoe 12 skills azure data engineer.
Salary range and vinous % for data Engineer 3?
Maybe some perspective might be of use to me. I’m transitioning out of the service and I’ve positioned myself decently to be competitive in the market. I’ve got two offers from great companies. Biotech and Healthcare, both on the Human Capital Team as an Employee Relations Consultant. I have a graduate degree pursuing a Doctorate, LSSBB, ScrumMaster, SPHR, and PMI-ACP certified. I know this is personal and dependent, but what should I be considering as a commensurate salary?
Planning on secondment to Sydney at SC level. What are my chances of promotion to M in 2 years? Coming in with 5 years experience and offered 108k. Is this good in terms of the banding?
Anyone in SG who could tell me what the salary brackets are for SA in Deals?
My partner has been telling me they can't give me an annual salary increment because I was already at the upper end of the salary bracket when I was hired (for visa purposes) and tbh with the current inflation here I need that raise
Is negotiating salary/bonus more strict in the UK than US?
Recently got offer and was hoping to get a couple more £ out of it based on experience/interview performance but was stonewalled by HR.
Got the call today about promotion - super excited for this next leg. Also a bit nervous given performance expectations and the market right now. I know things will improve and I'm in a great service line with huge future growth potential, but a little daunting nonetheless. Great way to start the weekend!
Does anyone know what mega fund comp is currently sitting at (base & total)? Associate level vs. VP level?
Received a senior associate offer for 80k base salary, but guaranty bonus of 24k for first two years. I have 2 years big4 audit experience. Worried that there’s too much weight in bonus versus the base (as that base of 80 is what my big4 salary is). Any advice on counter offer? It’s for Philadelphia.
For those of you ready to drop that bonus money on a new watch, remember that GPHG is just around the corner:
My favourites if money wasn't relevant: Moser tourbillon, Hermes and Arnold and Son.
Applied Materials typical salary and bonus for non technical program management Director? Title says B6- is that a job grade?
Guys what is the cool off period for the PACE rewards received? Do I need to repay if I leave the firm?
If I started a new position (not Deloitte, Im in industry now) in July of this year, would a typical company give me a raise at year end? I took a step down from Senior to Staff when I accepted the role so a raise would be super nice!
TBT to when i warned you all at the peak! Interesting that margins are now coming down for some companies. Could be the canary in the coal mine. NOBODY is talking about profit margins being cyclical - but they are. Today, we have record profit margins. If they come down, throw out your p/e estimates. The “e” will get cut in half and the P/E ratio will probably also get cut in half (overreaction) https://joinfishbowl.com/post_v5xzfwa6gp
Where do you go to sell your luxury bags? TRR, Fashionphile, and Rebag all gave lowball quotes.
When someone says “you need to understand the bigger picture” what does that actually mean to you?
Status accelerator challenge- anyone know of any? I know last year Delta had a sweet kn at Huron (12 segments got you Platinum).
I have got an offer from TCS for 20LPA, but I got a better offer from this.
Just wanted to know, that if I reject the offer, will they put in some blacklist or something?
I made it to the final round of a recruitment process for a Content Marketing Manager position at a big multinational company in the food industry. I now found out they interviewed another candidate and are going to take the next few days to make their final decision. It's just down to thr 2 of us. What is something creative I can do to stand out at this stage? Would be happy to hear your personal stories too or just your general advice. Thanks!
My boss’ boss told me she wants to hire me to account Sup. I’ve been with the agency for three months. I know ppl will be mad they didn’t get it. Not sure if I should follow up?
I am sick of being a realtor! I've been trying for 5 years and have only sold 3 houses. Where I'm from (small Southern town) nobody is buying. Most people's families already own homes and it's just a bummer to see all these nice houses deteriorating over time.
Who’s down to go to a hawks game?!?!

Could you please suggest to me where i have to join.
Hello 👋 🐟
Im looking for financing advice from someone who did a weekend MBA in USA on H1B..
Did you finance your education via loans and what's the best organization to finance the education with reasonable interest rates ?
I've good credit history and been in USA for over 5 years now. No cosigner here
Thoughts on Goyard’s quality?
Feel like I made a mistake becoming a designer. I hate my job, can't focus on anything, and am always thinking about how I should have made different decisions and I would have been more successful (either portfolio or salary wise). Just absolutely done with this profession, though specifically advertising, the bullshit it entails, and my inability to fit in despite my talent. If you're not a hustler and your life goal has become to just survive until the world ends, do software engineering.
Can anyone refer me to Salesforce?
I'm already serving notice period.
Hey! Does anyone in this group live at Haynes House in Buckhead? If so, please message me!
Hello HR Colleagues, do not be afraid of implementing equity and inclusion strategies into your organization culture work. Wondering where to begin? How to begin this work? Should your organization hire a consultant? Is this something that a HR Professional can do?

Is it possible to work in public tax and work 55 hours or less during busy season? Over the past few years I’ve seen my work/life balance in the summer fade, which is making me reassess my career choice. Lowering my hours this time of year works make it easier to justify staying in public.

Is there any benefit to going back to public accounting from a very small firm if you are likely too old to be on the partner track (mid 40s)? Based on the offers I have gotten, the pay would be better initially since public firms are desperate to hire anyone right now. However, if you aren’t on the partner track are you basically workIng a lot of long hours for not much benefit in the long run?
