Zakir bhai ke sabdo mein - Unko relationship 100 ki speed ki chahiye , pehle mahina mein 800 speed se plane mat chalao! Pehla Relationship mein wo galti kiya tha, second wala pe nahi karta Expectations utna set karo jitna realistically possible ho and jitna nibha sakte - weekdays pe no talk or talk for only 15-20 mins . She also works in a MNC, so this part is sorted I proactively said this in the first month itself dekho ZS mein main rahega to nahi ho payega baatchit zyaada, manzoor hain to hi age badhte - Milna saal mein 3-4 baar. Decide karlo and jab nth time mil rahe ho tabhi n+1 kab tentative plan kar rahe ho ye topic uthao. Taki samne ka mahine hazy na lage - Weekends pe video call ya common kuch discusion topics pe more long conversation - Ek dusre ki professional issues ya problems discuss karna and ho sake to suggestions lena. A third person perspective can always help

Been in a long distance relationship for like 4 years now... total relationship duration is 8 years. The truth is it was hell difficult with millions of moments when it felt it’s the end. Somehow got lucky till now I guess but it’s really difficult. The key point that helped me I guess was continuous communication over video calls. Also, trying to meet physically (though in lockdown we met only 4 times -that too with no privacy). And the most important thing is I guess loyalty. Both of you need to be super loyal. I don’t know how that can be created..it’s something that is in built in yourselves. I will not lie but there were moments when I felt attracted to someone else who was continually present around me. But thank god I didn’t follow that feeling.
