For an interview for a non-tech role at a tech company, what do you typically do/say that helps you stand out against your peers?

But I am thinking of switching my roles to any techno-functional roles like BA or any techno-functional consultant,as I dun want bear any stress in coding.. basically I have lost interest in it.
Can anyone let me know...which role I can switch if I have coding experience.
Is Consultant domain/job provides better future or salary....

Hi fishes i gave an infosys interview on 12 Nov 2022 for the role system engineer with 1.7 YOE and interview was easy answered confidetly. My CCTC: 8 LPA and ECTC : 10 LPA( INFOSYS) will Infosys pay ECTC for my 1.7 YOE.

Anyone else faced the issue like you worked to hard to clear the interviews and now doing substandard easy tasks in the actual job.

Lately, a lot of recruiters have been reaching out. I'm mostly happy in my role and w/my company (no longer w/Edelman), but one job caught my eye with a huge salary and title bump at a comparable company, culture and work wise. Interviews are going well - I'm torn about leaving - things are good now but some extra $$ for what seems like a similar experience seems like a no-brainer. I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.

How to get a product manager role with no technical background? My training and experience are in Finance/corporate strategy. It's been 4month with the team with no manager. I recently joined the organization and the team I am part of is headed by a lead and one analyst.
So being a new member as Sr.Data Analyst I sometimes have to report to analyst. Considering the fact that he has been part of the team for past 1 year and sometimes he sounds like lead as he is leading some project.
On other hand my manager is continuously asking me take lead in project and try to reduce dependency on that analyst.
