What is the minimum utilization criteria followed at SDC?

There are people from my team with utilization in range of 30% to 50% and got promoted to manager 1 and sa2 respectively.

I have almost 75% utilization, so wondering why work so much. Thinking of aiming for 55% utilization this time.

Hello! Q on how to follow up w/ recruiter about a role. DM’d them about Founding Product Designer role, they “love my background” but looking for someone with actually 10 YOE (JD says 4+). It’s been a little over a mo. with role seemingly still open on their site.

Something that severely gets into my nerves :

I advise clients on tech and sometimes help them debug stuff. This client told me they tested the solutions I gave and that it didn’t work, and requested a meeting to sort it off. We schedule a meeting. I just inspected their account and they haven’t tested shit, I can see the same code mistakes, they never tried to change anything.

I’m pissed. They’re basically wasting my time and I don’t even see the point in meeting with them.

I'm an SDR and have found it challenging to find alignment with my AE's. We don't really strategize on accounts - something I've been working hard to improve. Finding leads is becoming my bottleneck.

How do you guys find leads consistently?

I've used Google searches, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase (trial) and some other tools. I feel like I've exhausted all leads and lucky to nail down 10 new ones a day.

Any tips on getting more?

Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD. New comp for new partner channel I am carving out, I am offered same base but guaranteed 75% quota attainment payout. Is this a fair comp? Would love any constructive thoughts/points on this.
