At least it's easy to blame your gas on him 🤣

Just a thought that maybe something he’s eating is upsetting his stomach. I had the worst gas when I was a baby and my parents would bring my bassinet outside because I was so stinky. Once they switched my formula to something without milk in it, I didn’t have bad gas anymore

I’ve heard soy, wheat and dairy are big culprits! You could try an elimination diet to see if that helps. Also peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, spicy foods, and a few other things are known to be hard on the babys digestive system and cause gas. It doesn’t sound like an allergy but maybe more of an intolerance he will probably grow out of

Hahaha!! attach an air freshener to his butt 🤣 I hope the baby wearing helps his gas issues :) it’s shown that in cultures where baby wearing is more common that babies have less colic!

Our nanny takes my 7 month old out for one, sometimes 2, long walks every day (weather permitting). Love the idea of fresh air every day but its often for several hours at a time and he always returns home crying bc she's pushed him to his limit between feedings. She brushes it off saying hes just fussy which kind of irks me. Im also concerned that he's spending too much time strapped in a stroller. Is it reasonable to ask her to take shorter walks? Am I overreacting?

Is there a difference between management and technology consulting in big 4 consulting?

Hi! So I received an email from the EY lawyers. They said they have received the notice of approval of my PERM labor certification (ETA form 9089) from the US DOL. And that my priority date is 11/6/2021 in a EB2 visa category. They also told me they submitted my I-140 petition to the USCIS. I just wanted to know how much longer it will take to get my green card. I asked when they will submit the I-485 application and they told me I need to wait to make manager (October 2021)
