How much do TIAA pay their Senior Tax Accountant? I have 3yoe in cpa firms, not a cpa yet, 1y in tax ops. 2y as a Senior tax associate. Also TIAA titles are lower than outside firms so the senior tax is essentially a tax manager position, how much is the median pay?
