My daughter hasn’t had it yet (knock on wood) but our close friends 4 year old tested positive last Saturday morning after starting to show symptoms on Friday night around 10pm. 102 fever, fatigue and very lethargic. Was completely back to normal Sunday morning around 10am

like

That is encouraging!

My nephew 3 yo had it! 2 days of high fever, diarrhea and vomiting. Got back to normal within 5 days and still recovering.

Friend’s 2 year old had it and was asymptomatic. Dad, on the other hand, was pretty sick for a couple weeks.

Sorry to hear. It’s so much worse when you’re sick and not the kids. Hope she gets through it soon.

My 2 year old son had it over the holidays. He only had a stuffy nose for 3-4 days and then was completely fine.

like

My son tested positive during his school’s weekly screening, so far zero symptoms. Another classmate tested positive and they had 2-3 days of runny nose with fever.

like

My 16 month old got it and first two days had a fever. Next few days lots of congestion and coughing. Then by day ten of quarantine he just had a little runny nose. Took seven days for him to really be himself again.

Fever days 1-3, cough, sore throat. If it weren’t called “Covid” it would have been a run of the mill cold. 4yo + 5yo. Good luck!

like

1 year old was sick for a week. 3 year old was asymptomatic.

like

2 year old and baby had it, 2 year old was asymptomatic and the baby had a stuffy nose for a couple days

Husband and I had it last Christmas. He was fine in 48hr I had a 3 day fever and when I was done with that lost my smell. Daughter was 2 at the time and never showed symptoms but we were all in the house for two weeks so she had to have had it. This Christmas pretty sure she and I had it again. We were both fine in a few days, hers was slightly shorter then mine.

This is helpful. I think my 4yo might have it. 🥴

Newborn had it, basically was a mild cold - fever only on day 1, and stuffy nose and light cough for a week

Haven’t decided whether I want to get the vaccine yet (skip over this if you’re going to comment with judgment), but every work call/happy hour lately involves people discussing their vaccine status. Any thoughts on responses for when I’m asked about mine?

My wife, whom i dated for 6 years & married last year told me she doesn’t want to have kids. It’s a curveball since we always talked about it for years and planned to get a house. Its one of my life dreams to be a dad because mine wasn’t there all that often. I guess my question is...since i have to reposition my views on Everything now..what is the point of buying a house, saving for retirement, etc when you don’t have kids? Because you don’t need the space and it’s easy to save for retirement.
