No, not unless that particular fact could've piqued their interest. However if it wasn't controversial, they'd have no reason to check. It'll just be procedure.
I always thought it did but seeing above I'm not sure. I would think when they call to verify employement they would find that out.
I think only if you supply the information as references.
Only if they were to reach out to that company for a reference. Even then, I dont think they can disclose why you were terminated but they can disclose whether you’re eligible to be rehired or not.
