I know for a fact a lot of management consulted #’s are wrong or outdated, looking for something a little more up to date
I’ve followed management consulted’s comp thread since 2011. US numbers for major firms are always very close to accurate and I’ve seen them verified time again on this app, in recruiting, by friends, etc.
Firm: XYZ
Base Salary: $xxx,xxx.xx
Total Possible Per. Bonus: $xx,xxx.xx
Profit Share: xx%
401K: match up to xx%
Please sign up for Glassdoo....oh jk. Good luck though!
Accenture C: 350k base, but bonuses are 1-3%
Gtfo. 350k is like MD Salary

There are also 2020 numbers...idk why 2019 was chosen
If you're just looking to benchmark then management consulted numbers should be fine. Understand that the numbers are not 100% accurate but neither are any benchmarks I've ever seen. Everything is directional, welcome to consulting.
Don’t forget to include your social security number!
Dont get me started on 401k these days🙄
You guys get better bonuses so don’t complain about 401k 😂😂😂
Lol. Why? If you’re coming in from a target school, you have no negotiating power. Just look it up and call it a day.
All of this will be different depending on how long C19 continues.
