For consulting extern programs, what does the pay / benefits structure look like? Does your extern company pay salary and benefits? Does it ever turn into a pay bump?

Hello -travelling to client site for the first time, few questions as a manager: 1. What’s my max per diem for meals? 2. I am travelling on Sunday - hoping I can charge meals on Sunday as well? 3. I decided to stay the weekend as I had to travel back again on Monday - can I charge the hotel during weekend? Since I will be avoiding the full flight cost which is huge?

Currently working as a process engineer in switzerland (south east). Salarys and Rent are Medium High. Current salary around 80k. Trying to switch to sales (same company). Had a talk with the teamleader. He talked about the job and told me that they were actually looking for a junior sales (and some product management responsibilities ). That they are looking for a junior isn't to bad, because i have no experience in sales (customer contact yes, but no sales) What salary can i expect?

A company just reduced their offer after initial verbal offer was 'rejected' by comp team. Reasons were that it was higher than others at that level currently in the position. And that "This is the best they can do".

Thoughts on how to best counter this? This is a lowball.

I got the RIBO license in January. The job offer pays more than my promotion but once I told my manager I had this offer she said they are willing to match that offer, however I wouldn’t see an increase in salary for a while. I don’t know what to do because both jobs sound really interesting. Any advice?

I've been working for 6 months as a recruiting temp. My original contract was dec-march. Then we mutually extended it when I had another offer for March. They then offered me full-time but I was interested in another role in another department. They agreed and I'm going to be working the 'temp to hire' role in the new department.

Am I allowed to ask for a new hourly rate for this 'new' role? I took the original rate due to covid necessity but would have asked for more if it was temp-to-hire.
