For experienced realtors, how long have you been doing your job and why do you still love it? I'm fairly new to the field, but I'm excited for the future opportunities that I can already see!

I have worked for 5 years in this area and although I started here to earn some extra money, today I love it. I think I always had a natural talent for sales that I never took advantage of, and after you have your portfolio of clients and they start recommending you, the road becomes much easier.

I've been doing this for 10 years, and I think my favorite part of the job is getting to meet all sorts of interesting people. I've heard so many stories over the years...

It's been almost thirteen years, and I still love it because I know I'm helping people, but let's just say that some years I love it more than other years. If you stay the course and ride out the waves in the market you'll be fine, as long as you set aside savings because you never know when you will be without a wage for a few months

The hardest thing for me was realizing that no matter what I do, some people will always think of real estate professionals as being sharks. I love my job (seven years in almost) because I decided to. My job satisfaction increased significantly when I decided that I couldn't change everyone's opinion of this line of work. That also gave me more confidence to just do MY best job regardless of whatever stories I hear from people, because I'm not trying to prove something anymore, just make a living

It's only been about three and a half years since I started so I don't know if that counts as an "experienced realtor" but here goes. If you trust the agency you are working with, it makes all the difference in the world. I have seen a lot of people get burnt out because they feel like they're running against the wind, trying to get as many transactions as they can at breakneck speed. No one can maintain that same stamina all the time. But if your company is reputable they will be able to help you find more business as opposed to just pressuring you to perform quicker. That makes it much more personable because you can really take the time to help your clients, and they are more likely to refer their friends to you also, which is nice.

Love it? 12 years in and I can't say I do anymore, but that was my own fault. I always told myself "I'll slow down after I reach this milestone", but there was always another milestone. Now I'm completely burnt out. I think a big part of loving your job is making sure it doesn't become your whole life; take a step back when you need to.

Hello everyone,

I have 6 years of exp in IT
Recently I got offer from Amdocs, From
Naukri.com, I was applying as a mssql developer,
In interview also they asked regarding sql concepts.

But I am not clear about the job profile,
As they just scheduled the interview directly and it happened.

Will after joining they will move me to any in house tech, or the job will be relevant with my profile only.

I mean i am switching only to work on good tech. Dont want to get stuck again in in-house technology.
