Hi, I have recently got an offer from Accenture and I am getting few more offers as well. I see a clause on the offer letter from Accenture saying you have to inform us 1 month prior to joining date if you change your mind to be eligible for future hiring. If you’re working with smart, kind people there’s no reason to leave given the monetary benefits. Potential sales roles can also be fun, though perhaps tiring
