Definitely prefer WFH. Without a commute, I’m actually able to get a decent amount of sleep each night, workout consistently, and still fit in my work. It’s a real game changer

I prefer WFH tremendously. The amount of time I save with no commute, not getting ready as much, etc has improved my mental health so much. I know some people miss the interactions but I think they’d be okay with it once the rest of their lives are back to normal. Definitely hoping this becomes the new norm!

I'd like to go into office for work. I joined consulting to meet people and not just have webex meetings. I love having the option of WFH and had the option anyway. I think as I get older/start a family I wouldn't mind WFH as much.

Working in my office used to be my primary source of work outfit inspiration but since working remote staying aware of what styles are in is nearly impossible. I live in a smallish town, so going out doesn't help fill in that awareness gap. Are there any online communities or slack communities where people talk about and share style inspiration I can wear at work? I'm 28, work in tech, and my office is a start up, so attire is casual. I'd also be interested in brands people follow.

Question for anyone who handles UCC article 2. / Magnuson moss disputes. I’m a transactional attorney for luxury assets. A client has decided to bring in his own Amlaw 50 financial services litigation team to handle this highly specialized warranty dispute (lol). But anyway, these guys seem to be telling client that instead of holding onto the asset while he litigated the revocation, he has the right to resell the asset now and then sue the seller for any shortfall. The lit team seemed insult

Hey mamas, need some advice. What do you do for back-up childcare when your kid is sick? We recently put our baby in daycare and it seems like every week, she’s getting some kind of cold, rash… and we have to take her out. Don’t have family near so that’s not an option. I’m wfh for now but not sure how to still be productive and care for her.

If all the top consulting firms made anonymous decks or gave anonymous pitches to a client, eg no branding and the client did not know which firm made which deck, do you actually think that the client would prefer MBB? Is MBB actually coming up with better/more innovative solutions? I feel like I see many repeat or slightly altered solutions on almost all of my cases, are these really things that people at Deloitte/Accenture etc aren’t coming up with?

I recently became PMP certified and am working as a Project Coordinator on a large ERP project. I’ve been in the position for 2 months, enjoy the work, and would like more responsibility and work from home. The director made an inappropriate (sexual) comment; it was so inappropriate that I don’t want to work with the company and am looking for a new opportunity. I would like to get into IT, but I don’t have a speciality. What are tech companies looking for in a Project/Product Manager?

Total newbie. Today the same work that took me 5 hours to complete took 1.5hr for a coworker. I’m keep seeing this pattern on different kinds of work, from research to formatting. And I‘m definitely not a perfectionist.. I don’t know what the issue is and how to be faster. Since we’re remote, its hard to gauge how others are working. Did anyone go through this?
