Can anyone provide me an idea of in-hand salary for 17.5 L IBM band 7B ?

Should I go with opportunity providing 3.5 LPA lesser than the highest offer I have for guaranteed better learning opportunity? Higher offer is of a service based company for which I won't know about the work till I join, as it depends on the client. I tried to negotiate and decrease the difference but the first company said they won't be able to increase even by an inch because it would bring salary skewness in team. Please suggest.

I'm about a month into a new role at the same company I've been with for 4 years. Out of the blue, someone I've worked with in the past contacted me about a role on his team...it pays about 60k more a year than I currently make.

Not technically a negotiation question, but I was wondering whether in the long term, it will look bad on my resume if I leave after just a couple of months in a role, or if it matters more how long I was at the company total.
