Varies by person, I use two separate phones. It’s easier for me to disconnect from work and I don’t have to be nervous about what I look at on my phone lol

Keep 2 I don’t need the firm getting a log of everything I do.

Also starting in 2 weeks and sounds like many just use one phone, however my recruiter told me she keeps them separate, which is likely what I'll do as well (don't have to change numbers, etc).

Yep, my recruiter said she has two as well, Just the hassle of keeping two phones etc. but seems like that’s the norm here at McK anyway..

Hey guys. I have a soon to be nonprofit church struggling because they already started services (collecting offerings too against my advice) before things were set with an EIN and they gave an event already planned out and are trying to find a way to spend and collect before the things are in order. They want to know if one of their small business owners can expense and collect then consider it a donation. Is this possible? Any advice or loopholes that are Legal and will avoid issues later on?

My boss treats me like his secretary. I’m the only woman on the team, and he makes me handle HIS expense report twice a month, all the new hire onboarding, and just about anything he thinks his male employees are too busy to do. I’m a seasoned IT professional with two decades of experience and can code in 15 different languages. This frustrates me to no end but the exposure I’m getting to new tech skills is amazing so I can’t just walk away! Suggestions on how I can get him to respect me?!

From talking to students at multiple M7 schools, it seems like all of the BB/MBB/FAANG companies recruit at most if not all of the schools . So if you're planning on recruiting for one of these, is there really a major difference in career opportunities between each school? Asking because it seems like some schools are specifically known for finance vs consulting vs tech, but if the companies are all recruiting at all these schools, the differences don't seem as pronounced to me.

Can somebody please explain to me why MBB and other top consulting firms are so adamant that you have an MBA? I majored in accounting, finance, and operations management at a top 10 undergrad business school and then got my masters in information systems from the grad school program. I took multiple MBA courses as electives when getting my masters and it seemed like those classes were very basic and easy. Idk if I would learn anything in an MBA program that I hadn’t already learned in undergrad
