Yes! Less make-up, more sleep, less city pollution.
I really think the more sleep part helps a lot!
Yes, I am so amazed at how beautiful my skin looks. I even mentioned that to my husband last week. I’m usually breaking out constantly, but not anymore since the quarantine started. I’m considering not wearing make up anymore.
I think my skin has improved too but I have not been able to single out what factors have contributed the most so that I can continue post-pandemic. My thought was more sleep and for sure less makeup!
I thought so!! And then I got 4 huge pimples 😤
Also don’t forget to throw your pillow cases in the laundry once a week/switch them out! Oil and dead skin can build up on them and can cause breakouts
No 😰
I stopped wearing makeup aside from special occasions a few years ago so my skin has improved a lot. However, because I'm not really going anywhere, I've gotten lazy with putting my moisturizer on so my face isn't as soft as it usually is.
Don't forget to moisturize, people!
I started taking spearmint capsules and used some salicylic acid pads and my skin is finally starting to look better from my hormonal acne!
@TA1 Do you have to keep continuously taking DIM or have you stopped once you saw results?
Got so dry 😭 I don’t understand!!
Yea my place is dry, but less now that we cut the heat... no humidifier at home 😢
Yes. Normally office buildings are freezing cold and dry and my face gets oily and dry. No more of that working remote!
Yes!!! But I’m weirdly getting pimples on my shoulders I think from my bra strap
I ditched the bra during quarantine.
Best 👏🏼 decision 👏🏼 ever 👏🏼

The no makeup life is serving me well 😍 but when I don’t have at least a BB cream or something on I definitely am much more prone to touching/picking/resting with my hand on my chin or face which is a habit I’m working on breaking!
Yes! One laugh line has plumped up and almost faded away all by itself! Even though I’m doing the exact same skincare regimen as before—I’d say even less intense than before seeing as I’ve cut out sheet masks.
My theory is that being outdoors on my commute exposed my skin to relatively ‘harsh’ conditions, so now it didn’t need as much help to stay at the same level.
......also the fact that my face-to-face interaction has decreased like 95% and also I’m COVID-depressed so I’m smiling waaaay less ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Vitamin c serum has really helped improve my skin in the last few weeks / starting to feel normal without make up and loving it
Hell yes! I have time to do all my korean skin care. I just did AHA peel a while ago. Also, been practing my no makeup look. :)
Yes more time to do my proper routine and no makeup or sweat 🙃
I’ve had more time to really look at my skin and find products that work, putting wayyy more time into skin care and can see improvements
No, but I am testing some new skin products to see if they help. I think the stress of the quarantine and everything that is going on is not helping either
The opposite, I feel like I’m looking less radiant. But that just might be my inner sadness reflecting outwards.

Better skin since I no longer do my makeup but I pray each time that no one will give an unwarned, “cameras on” call
No. I have naturally nice skin but I love getting treatments. I usually get biweekly facials and I’m missing them a lot. I notice the difference even if nobody else does
I usually get microdermabrasion so I miss the extra buffed look lol
Less hormonal acne during my period. I’ve also do my skincare routine religiously and added daily masks. :)
