Don’t think any of the calcs are “hard”; is there’s nothing beyond basic math and no expectation of needing to memorize complex formulas key is to be comfortable with a lot of numbers and be able to drive to second level findings without getting overwhelmed

Mine were nothing harder than multiplying and dividing

It was more about knowing how to set up the formula - which columns on the table were relevant to answering the question - and being able to come up with an answer beyond just a number

I've an interview scheduled for this week with EY for the role of Consultant - Performance Improvement. For first round I was asked to submit a case study solution. I wanted to know how many rounds of interviews would be there and how the overall process would be like since this would be my first experience for consulting interview. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated 😊

Can somebody please explain to me why MBB and other top consulting firms are so adamant that you have an MBA? I majored in accounting, finance, and operations management at a top 10 undergrad business school and then got my masters in information systems from the grad school program. I took multiple MBA courses as electives when getting my masters and it seemed like those classes were very basic and easy. Idk if I would learn anything in an MBA program that I hadn’t already learned in undergrad
