Buy cycling shorts with the pad in them. I wear mine every time, peloton or outdoor.

Outside you’ll move around more on the saddle, and you’re not exerting as much energy.
Agree with thr bike shorts as well as:

Potential issue could be the angle of the spin bike seat, which may be different than what you have on your road bike.
Outside of that agree with others on bike shorts... I’m a fan of Assos.
For the bike itself, try a couple of things with the fit. Make sure the seat isn’t angled. Ensure it’s at an appropriate height so you’re not reaching for the pedals and your foot can be flat on the down pedal with a slight bend to your knee. Check the distance from the seat to the handlebars as well and make sure it’s not too cramped. Make sure when you clip in your don’t have one foot at an odd angle.
If none of this works (I assume you’re already wearing shorts since you have a road bike), you could consider swapping the seat. There are seats that have a slit in the middle that many men find relieves this pressure and the tingling balls. It helps free up room for more blood flow.
Make sure resistance is high enough that you aren't bouncing on the seat - won't solve your problem fully but is another thing to check
