Hydrate, don’t go from sitting for hours to HIIT to sitting for hours, move regularly (morning/evening walks, putter about the house thru the day)

I have a dog so morning/evening walks are a given. I also like to walk and listen to a podcast as “my time” before work
As for getting up — I’m easily distracted and a fidget? I sometimes pomodoro my work day into 20 or 60 min segments and it’s easy to do a lap between them to drink water or vacuum or do some other house task. Making tea is also a great quick excuse to move (either making tea or relieving yourself!)

Weekly massages.
Lots of water and stretching. I also use a percussion massage gun when I’m feeling really sore or have a tight muscle. Also lots of bananas - helps with muscle cramps
Water... So much water. I drink during my sessions and make sure I finish the 1 litre within an hour of that session.
Can't really avoid it. Muscles will be sore no matter what and that is not a bad thing. Just keep a balance, don't over do it, remember to stretch before and after, hydrate properly and eat whole food minimally processed. Enjoy your runs!

Chronically sore muscles is NOT a good thing. It's a sign that you're frequently over training and not giving your body a chance to recover.

OP, agree with the recommendations listed here: massages, massage guns, stretching, hydration, and keeping your body moving.
To add to the other suggestions, make sure you're replenishing your electrolytes, getting 7-9 hours of sleep, and your diet is in check. And by diet in check, I mean primarily eating enough food (especially protein) to support recovery.
