My in person onboarding was on 10th October. I went for the same and attended the sessions as well. I didn't have my relieving letter so they postponed my onboarding to 17th October. But I didn't receive any onboarding email. Also on 1st November 120 days of my offer will be completed. As per the TCS policy I have to join within 120 days. Recruiter and HR are not responding. I have been in SMB and MM sales but just started an Enterprise AE position. I’m working on email templates and am curious if any other Enterprise AEs would recommend separate email templates for companies with 250 users vs 1000+ users? My manager recommended setting up separate email templates but. I usually just have 2-3 generic plug and play templates that I tweak based on conversations/typical pain points. Just want to see if there’s a case for separate templates that I might be missing
