Don't know why my entire team is frustrated at work life in PwC AC Kolkata. Is it because of any of the following?
1) The very late appraisal process in PwC AC Kolkata
2) Not much expectations from appraisal and bonus (based on experience of existing employees.)
3) Other big 4s are giving much better hikes compared to PwC.
4) Work timings and rewards are not commensurate.
5) Any other reason.
Please give your thoughts if similar is the situation in your team.

I have recently joined workforce in an ecommerce retail(yoe 5 Months) in India as Category manager and have been looking for switching. Would you people advise to switch considering this is my first job and the work seems to be quite of not the taste i was expecting. Initially It felt challenging and now it feels like a run of the mill. For compensation I feel I am overly underpaid too considering the same post in another firm.

Recently was given advanced notice that my colleague who is same level as me will be promoted and not me.
