Had an interview where the agency said they don't do "junior / mid / senior" levels in their creative department. My CW and I are st that stage where that seniority is important for us and for our future progression. Is it one of those things that we fight for on the contract, or just sign anyway and just put "senior creative" on our LI title? I've never come across this before, so any experience or thoughts are appreciated.
Feeling torn. I enjoy the team that I work with and have a relatively good work-life balance. However, my compensation is below industry standard, and I don’t want to be with a technology implementation-focused firm in the long term (strategy projects are few and far between). Is there any good method to parting ways with people who have invested so much into my development without disappointing them or potentially burning bridges?
I was going to hand in my letter of resignation today. But before I can do that, I got laid off. Woo-Hoo! Hello, severance!

I have a PM offer from a fintech bank and I’m at 3 YOE (Big4). I have analytics offers from bigger tech companies I wanna do PM but I’m scared of never getting back to big tech and stuck in fintech. Any advice? Offers are all relatively the same with nicer fringe benefits at big tech
