Hey folks, appreciate your insights on the following situation: I’ve received 2 offers from different companies. One is a direct competitor of my current employer (offer still in negotiation) , the other isn’t (offer already accepted). As I have a long notice period (4 months) I’ve already resigned and said that I’m joining a competitor as chances are high. They now have decided to send me on garden leave. What if I eventually decide to go for the non-competitor company? 😅
