My current DOJ is 14th of Dec and unfortunately I was unable to join the online pre-joining session on Tuesday due to some proxy issues. I dropped them a couple of emails stating my reasons and chance to attend any other possible sessions.

Is that session mandatory to move next-step, or will they blacklist my id and name. Although I got my DOJ confirmation mail mentioning that they will send out an email with induction links on appropriate days.

Hair Question:
I’m caucasian and have dense, coarse hair that’s a combination of straight and curly/wavy textures. I find my hair to be difficult to manage in that I want to wash and air dry; but when I do it’s a frizzy poofy mess. I recently got an express Brazilian blowout and it’s improved things so it’s less wild but it’s still a bit crazy. I’d like to ask if anyone knows if a full Brazilian blowout will make a bigger difference or if there is anything else low maintenance that I can try?

Looking for some perspective:
A few months back, my best friend raised the “do you ever wonder about us dating” question and it kind of made me start to see a more romantic slant on my love for them.
