I live in neither of those neighborhoods but no doorman. The delivery folks usually just buzz every apartment for access. Or ask the local dry cleaner/laundromat etc if they’ll accept packages on your behalf.

Mine had two entry points - first is buzzer/code and second required a key. Delivery man could deliver packages after the first door. Unfortunately a few of my packages were stolen. Ever since that experience I only pick doorman buildings

Look for a building with at least a virtual doorman. I have camera and app access to open door remotely for delivery people
