Would a product strategy role at FB help me ultimately pivot into product management if I work hard to develop the technical skill sets over 2-3 years? Recruiter reached out, but not sure I want to pursue.

All she talks about is retirement in the next two-three years and how she’s happy I’m here to transition into her role.. which I do not want! I really want to get into more DEI roles but I am unsure if I’ve spent too much time in tech type roles to transition into DEI. Any tips?

Have competing offers from EY and KPMG UK Economic advisory teams( Manager/Snr Exec level). KPMG's UK technical rep and comp offer is better, but the hours appear longer. EY UK Director has had several calls selling culture (diversity and work life balance). Is there actually a substantive emphasis on this by EY? Or are 50+ hour weeks quite common? I suspect it's going to be quite team dependent/ project dependent, and therefore a gamble in any case. Thanks for any perspectives.

Job sharing in professional services is becoming more common. Would it make sense to offer job sharing at the partner level? Benefits a) employee retention (including women 30+ that often choose family over Partner track), b) more available Partner spots which increases retention, c) work life balance, d) 2 vs 1 partner tapping into their network to sell, e) 50% comp but ideally 6 months off. Why wouldn’t it work? Trying to hear different perspectives for and against partner job sharing?

Need to take brand elements and create an ad using photos, fonts, logos, etc. Seems super easy and there’s not much actual designing involved. But assuming it’s supposed to be and they just want to see I can follow the brand guidelines. They’ve seen plenty of my actual design work and we’ve discussed what I’ve done in my career.
