I have 3 yoe as a UI&UX designer in a service company and now in a product company(startup) . I wanted to know is it possible for designers to become Product Managers without an engineering or mba degree?

For Gurgaon people - I am new to gurgaon, so want to know if there is some other way than hotels to get a place to stay on a per day basis charge, as I need to visit the office one week/month as per new hybrid policy in our organization. My hometown is around 5-6 hours away from my work location so can't go daily as well.

I don’t get it: Why would anyone invest, for example, in a 6% dividend yield etf with a 0.50% ER (ie EMHY) instead of a 9% dividend yield etf with a 2.5 ER (ie YYY)? Wouldn’t you still be getting better results with the expensive one?
