Vanguard has limited number of stocks but very intuitive and clear interface
For active training HL has plenty of equity, bonds and other instruments, but they charge you per trade
HSBC is a good one but you have to be Prime (or what ever it is called there?) customer with them

I have an account and have used pretty much all platforms out there - you realise it’s a waste of effort trading about. Pick any low cost one and just stick with it.
