What other roles should I investigate? (About me: 10 yoe, MBA, now in strategy consulting, with tech client/project exposure)

Anyone here ever considered/know someone going back to school via a post bacc program to pivot to med school? I’m about a year out of undergrad and really regret not pursuing my interest in medicine, but I am nervous/unsure on how to start the process of going back to school.

Is it a fail of character leaving biglaw? I want to leave, but despite the constant stress and suffering, I can’t avoid feeling like it’s my fault or that maybe I’m over exaggerating how I feel. All my colleagues feel ridiculously happy, I’m the grinch one that’s never enjoying the grind (but the grind is hard and competitive, very competitive) :( any thoughts? I have been a CCA medical coder for my hospital in Oregon for 8.5 years. I have been only been doing outpatient simple visit coding and my supervisors have basically stopped me and another coworker from advancing. We don't have any room for advancement and we are basically stuck.
