I read this super interesting article about how big companies like Toyota are investing in social-emotional training for their employees and seeing massive benefits. I actually think this could be a whole separate class for students of all ages. Learning about conflict resolution, growing your own self-regulation skills...it's really important.

The interviews all went well with the most senior person even talking about how excited the whole team was about you and how they felt you were a great fit for a variety of reasons. Do not put anything on a resume that you can't talk in detail on especially if you claim to know this topic. One you get caught having stuffed your resume with jargon and hype word but don't know anything or very much about it, the interviewer will start probing hard to find not discrepancies and soon you're resume will be in the round filing cabinet with a big no written on it.

For all you young guns just getting started, here is a very very useful piece of advice. Just because you have rapport with someone does mean not they are your friend, or even rooting for you. Make your moves in silence, tell your ideas only to your boss’s boss and never undervalue sitting silently in a meeting.
