For the attorneys in this bowl, any amazing immigration lawyers in Miami?

It’d be for a Venezuelan citizen on a L-1. Have completed a Bachelor’s in the states and currently working towards another degree looking for options to gain employment/sponsorship in their industry or other options within the next six months.

Appreciate any and all info!

Starting to see posts from creatives who won awards, and Im honestly alarmed by how I just do not care at all. I feel like the people who hustle and call in favors to make stuff clients wont pay for and have no interest in—and work even harder on case study videos over nights and weekends—are only rewarded (even if they get another job) with the expectation to do it again next year.

I should care more about “reshaping the industry,” but I dont see any reward coming out of it, just busywork.

I think it's fantastic this bowl has been made, it can be very hard to get away from US- centric consulting info. Whenever I search for consulting salary benchmarks I consistently find US consulting salaries which I believe isn't at all comparable to UK salary figures for the same role. Anyone else find the same?

When can we expect a world where stereotypes of men and women disappeared and people around you don’t just judge your marriage life? By stereotypes I mean people normally think men have to be the one who mainly financially support the family and people think women feel happy if they have such husband even if she is only a housewife. Why cannot be the opposite? When the wife earns more money and husband doing housework, it seems unacceptable and ppl judge the wife is not having a happy marriage.

With that said, are there any of you that have experienced the same situation and if so how would you adjust your schedule if you had the same benefit to do so?
